Yes. All the Bermudian insurer vision benefits are acceptable.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We’ll repair or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days at no charge to you. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches, or breakage.

We also offer unlimited free cleanings & adjustments.

Eyeglass frames can vary in cost based on materials and the specific features that you choose.

Yes. We will gladly hold up frames up to 2 weeks any item for 14 days with 50% down.

If you change your mind about your frames then we will return your deposit. Items not purchased by the end of business on the 14th day will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Possibly. Bring your existing frame or glasses so that EyeQ Optical staff can assess them.

Usually not. We cut lenses to fit your specific frame and usually, these lenses cannot fit another frame.

Visit our Washington Mall location. If we do not have it we will attempt to locate the frame for you to purchase.

An ophthalmologist is a medical doctor that specializes in eye and vision care. They can also perform surgery. An optician makes or sells glasses, contact lenses and prescreens patients.
